Alicloud Skill Creator Test

This is a smoke test skill for validating the alicloud-skill-creator tooling itself, not something you'd actually use in production. It runs Python scripts to check that the skill creator compiles correctly, outputting validation results to JSON. You'd only need this if you're contributing to or debugging the alicloud-skills repository infrastructure. With 157 installs and 391 GitHub stars on the parent repo, it seems like developers are actively working on the Alibaba Cloud integration ecosystem. Think of it as the meta-tool that tests the tool that creates tools. Unless you're hacking on the skill creator itself, you can skip this one.
