Hooks into Tencent's SkillHub to search, install, and manage skills directly from Claude. You get seven commands through a Python wrapper: search the registry, install by slug, list what's in your workspace, enable/disable individual skills, delete them, or bootstrap the CLI itself. Everything writes to JSON lock files in your workspace directory so state persists across sessions. The workflow is smart about when to actually install versus just search. If someone asks "is there a skill for X," it searches first and shows a few options instead of immediately pulling something down. Useful if you're already in the Tencent ecosystem or want a package manager style flow for extending Claude's capabilities without leaving the conversation.
