This is CountBot's multi-agent team orchestration layer. You're creating Pipeline, Graph, or Council mode teams, adding roles with specific tasks and system prompts, setting dependencies for graph nodes, and configuring team-specific models. The workflow is command-line heavy through a Python script that hits CountBot's backend. Watch out for the strict positional argument syntax, especially on member-update where the member ID is a positional param, not a flag. One genuinely useful design choice: task and system_prompt are separate fields, so historical teams that dumped everything into task will need careful migration when you're optimizing prompts. The skill system toggle lives at team level, not per-agent.
