Video Podcast Maker

This is a full production pipeline that takes a topic and outputs a 4K video podcast through research, scripting, TTS, and Remotion rendering. It defaults to Bilibili's horizontal 16:9 format and handles everything from audio sync to thumbnail generation in both 16:9 and 4:3 ratios. The workflow has an interesting mandatory stop at the Remotion Studio preview step so you can request changes before committing to the final 4K render, which is a smart guardrail given how long those renders take. It also includes a design learning mode that extracts visual patterns from reference videos if you want consistent styling across episodes. High effort skill, but it automates the tedious parts of video production while keeping creative control where it matters.
