Cloud Create Project

Spins up Elastic Cloud Serverless projects (Elasticsearch, Observability, or Security) through the REST API and handles the credential bootstrapping for you. The skill writes admin passwords to a local file and auto-generates a scoped API key so you never touch admin credentials directly in your code. It's built with good security hygiene: credentials never echo to chat, you get a confirmation prompt before creation, and there's a wait flag that polls until the project is actually ready. Region choice is permanent, so pick carefully. If you're prototyping a search app or need a fresh observability stack without clicking through the Cloud console, this handles the tedious parts. Requires Python 3.8+ and an EC_API_KEY with admin permissions.
