Sales Narrative

This implements April Dunford's 8-step sales narrative framework from her 2023 book "Sales Pitch." You'd use it to structure B2B sales presentations, create pitch decks for complex products, or train sales teams on narrative-driven selling. The core idea is positioning means nothing if it dies in PowerPoint, so the skill walks you through a two-phase structure: The Setup (insight, alternatives, perfect world) establishes context before you ever mention your product, then The Follow-Through (introduction, differentiated value, proof, objections, ask) presents the solution. It's specifically designed to help you avoid the "Feature Dump" trap where sales reps just open a laptop and list capabilities.
