Generates planning docs for web projects with phases sized for actual work sessions (2-4 hours, 8 files max). Asks you 3-5 questions upfront about auth, data model, and features before writing anything, which saves you from generic templates. Always creates IMPLEMENTATION_PHASES.md, then adds DATABASE_SCHEMA.md, API_ENDPOINTS.md, or CRITICAL_WORKFLOWS.md based on complexity. Verification criteria are specific (HTTP codes, CRUD ops, form validation), not vague checkboxes. Defaults to Cloudflare Workers, Vite, React, and D1, but adapts if you mention other tech. The question-first approach is the real value here,it means the plan actually matches your project instead of forcing you to edit out irrelevant sections.
