Outliner

This is a content outlining system for tech writing that treats outline generation as a strategic choice, not just structure. It saves your source material, calls an analyzer skill to extract value and tension, then generates 3-5 structurally different outlines with emotional beats marked throughout. One outline is always story-driven with specific people and conflicts, while others might vary by depth, audience, or tone. Each outline gets saved as a separate file with concrete guidance on what to expand or cut. The workflow includes an upfront "is this worth writing" filter checking expertise, reader interest, and timing. It's opinionated about narrative structure and assumes you're writing as an AI practitioner named Baoyu for technical enthusiasts who aren't necessarily experts.
