This is the disciplined way to pull skills from a shared library without installing everything or skipping the preview step. It enforces a three-step rhythm: inspect with `--list`, choose the smallest scope that fits (preferring `--collection` over individual skills when a starter pack exists), then preview with `--dry-run` before committing. The workflow stops you from guessing at skill names or blindly installing a whole repo when you only need two or three tools. If you're working with a team library or exploring someone else's skill collection, this keeps the process deliberate and your local skill folder clean.
