Takes a local library you've been working on and does the full publish dance: regenerates docs, initializes git, creates the GitHub repo, pushes everything, and hands you back the exact install command to share with your team. The nice touch is it checks for a starter-pack collection and tailors the command accordingly, so teammates get a curated subset if one exists. Guardrails remind it not to half-finish the job by stopping at git init. This is the "I built something useful and now three people need it" workflow compressed into one command instead of fumbling through gh CLI flags while someone waits on Slack.
