Generates project structure for bundle-plugins and manages platform support across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, and OpenClaw. Works in two modes: minimal (just manifests and skills for quick packaging) or intelligent (full infrastructure with hooks, bootstrap, version sync, and optional MCP/LSP servers). The hybrid approach is smart. It enforces rigid generation flow but adapts component selection based on what you actually need, reading from detailed templates and decision trees to avoid creating files that serve no purpose. Also handles platform adaptation on existing projects, adding or removing support without breaking version sync or hook chains.
