Okx Agent Identity

This handles ERC-8004 agent identities on XLayer, and XLayer only. It won't let you create identities on other chains, which is intentional. The skill acts as a router to the OKX OnChainOS CLI, handling confirmations and passing output back to you. One thing to note: it enforces a strict preflight check before every session, even for read-only operations like searching or listing services. That might feel heavy handed, but it's there to catch version drift. Language lock is built in, so it'll stick to whatever language you start the conversation in. Useful if you're building agent workflows that need persistent identity on XLayer.
