This browser extension is still in development, so it's not available yet, but the plan is to let you download audio files directly from Soundgasm pages without hunting through page source or pasting URLs into sketchy converter sites. It's aimed at people who want offline copies of ASMR recordings or need to back up their own uploads. The extension will detect audio on track and profile pages, preserve the original quality, and save files as MP3 or M4A with one click. Batch downloads from profile pages are planned too. If you've ever tried to archive audio from Soundgasm manually, you know why something like this would save time. Just note that it's proprietary and pricing hasn't been announced.
