The practical bits are the automated progress tracking that updates issue checklists and posts status comments, plus stale issue detection with swarm analysis to decide what should actually be closed. It's targeting teams doing agile-ish work in GitHub who want less manual board shuffling and smarter task decomposition. Requires GitHub CLI and either ruv-swarm or claude-flow MCP server running, which is a real prerequisite.
