V3 Performance Optimization

This is a comprehensive benchmarking and optimization framework targeting some seriously aggressive performance goals for claude-flow v3. You get automated benchmarks across startup time, memory operations, Flash Attention implementation, and 15-agent swarm coordination. The targets are ambitious: 2.49x to 7.47x speedup through Flash Attention, 150x to 12,500x search improvements via HNSW indexing, and 50-75% memory reduction. The benchmark suite is well-structured with concrete test cases for cold starts, vector search comparisons, and multi-agent coordination latency. Use this if you're validating v3 performance claims or need a baseline to prove your optimizations actually work. The code shows proper benchmark methodology with before/after comparisons and clear success criteria.
