Breaks down features into INVEST-compliant user stories with acceptance criteria, estimates, and dependencies, then helps organize them into sprints. The constraints are actually useful here: it won't let you write vague stories without acceptance criteria, and it forces you to split anything over 13 points. Includes MoSCoW prioritization and capacity planning templates. Most helpful during sprint planning and backlog grooming when you need structure but don't want to fight with Jira for an hour. The epic decomposition patterns give you a solid starting point for breaking down larger features into shippable chunks.
