It pulls your last 20 sessions, analyzes which tools you used most, where you hit errors or had to step in, and clusters your work into project areas. The output is a standalone HTML file with stats, friction points, and specific suggestions for workflows or skills you could build based on your patterns. It's basically a retrospective on your coding sessions. Most useful if you're trying to optimize how you work with Claude or spot repetitive tasks worth automating.
