A comprehensive release automation tool that handles versioning, changelog generation, and git operations across Node.js, Python, Rust, Claude plugins, and generic projects. It scans your repo to detect version files and changelogs, analyzes commits since the last tag using conventional commit types, then generates properly formatted changelog entries in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and more). The workflow intelligently determines version bumps based on breaking changes or feature commits, groups changes by affected skill or module, and commits each separately with meaningful messages. The multi-language changelog generation is genuinely thoughtful, detecting third-party contributors from merged PRs and attributing them consistently across all languages. Works well if you maintain projects with international audiences or monorepos with multiple skills that need granular commit history.
