Opencitations

Connects Claude to the OpenCitations COCI index, a free and open citation database linking millions of academic papers by DOI. Exposes six tools: pull references cited by a paper, see which papers cite it, get citation and reference counts, fetch bibliographic metadata for up to 50 DOIs at once, or retrieve a single citation by OCI identifier. Runs through the Pipeworx gateway with streamable HTTP transport.
