The corpus spans legal codes, fiscal policy, Bitcoin legislation, and historical records from 24 institutions including the Asamblea Legislativa, Corte Suprema, and Banco Central. Nine tools cover search_knowledge, get_country_context, explain_document, and search_government_documents. Setup takes 30 seconds via npx mcp-remote or the mcpsv CLI. Spanish queries return the strongest semantic matches today, with English indexing in progress. Free personal access tokens require only an email, no credit card.
