This is a multi-layer knowledge management system that handles ingestion, deduplication, and sync across Claude Code memory files, MCP memory servers, Git repos, and external stores like Supabase. The architecture is opinionated: active execution truth lives in GitHub and Linear, quick-access context goes in project memory files, durable cross-machine notes belong in a knowledge base repo, and the local archive folder is for human-facing docs only, not a shadow workspace. The ingestion workflow forces you to classify, deduplicate, then store in the right layer, which is good discipline if you're drowning in scattered notes across tools. Strongest when you need semantic search across conversation exports and workspace state, less compelling if you just want simple note-taking.
