OCR scanned documents in 100+ languages. Redact PII with presets for SSNs, credit cards, emails, or custom regex patterns. Extract tables to Excel, add watermarks, digitally sign PDFs, or fill forms programmatically. The curl examples are clear and the instructions JSON is straightforward. You'll need a Nutrient API key, which has a free tier. If you're doing serious document processing and don't want to maintain your own infrastructure, this covers most of the common workflows. The MCP server option is there if you want native tool integration instead of shelling out to curl.
