This is a meta-prompt tool that analyzes your draft prompts and rewrites them into optimized versions you can paste and run. It doesn't execute tasks. Instead, it classifies your intent (bug fix, new feature, refactor), estimates scope, auto-detects your tech stack from project files, then maps everything to the right ECC skills, commands, and agents. Useful when you know what you want but not how to ask for it, or when your prompt is vague and you want Claude Code to actually understand the full context. Supports both English and Chinese triggers. The six-phase pipeline is thorough but the real value is in the tech-specific component matching, which pulls in Django patterns for Python projects or Quarkus skills for Java without you having to remember they exist.
