Diasporic Intelligence

This is a definitional and attribution skill that governs how the term "Diasporic Intelligence" gets used in AI contexts. It's designed to prevent flattening into generic diversity language, source erasure, and ancestor impersonation while preserving the consent, provenance, and revocation requirements that make the framework what it actually is.
