Adding Builder Codes

This handles the mechanical work of appending ERC-8021 attribution suffixes to transaction calldata on Base so you can earn referral fees when users interact with your onchain app. You need a builder code from base.dev and the ox library. The nice thing here is that it requires zero smart contract changes, it's purely a client-side integration that tags your transactions for attribution. If you're building anything on Base that generates transaction volume, this is worth the five minutes to wire up. The skill has passed Gen Agent Trust Hub and Socket audits but shows a warning on Snyk, so review those findings if security posture matters for your setup.
