Summary
This is for customizing Hyprland and the Omarchy Linux desktop environment on end-user systems. You'll need it when editing anything in ~/.config/hypr/, waybar, walker, terminal configs, or tweaking window rules, keybindings, animations, themes, and display settings. The skill enforces a critical safety boundary: ~/.local/share/omarchy/ is read-only for customization (it's managed by git and gets wiped on updates), while ~/.config/ is where your changes actually belong. It knows the omarchy CLI dispatcher pattern, understands that Hyprland auto-reloads but Waybar doesn't, and will validate your config changes with hyprctl. Not for Omarchy development work, just user-facing tweaks.
