Quick capture for single learnings that don't warrant a full post-mortem. Drop an insight with `/retro --quick "your observation"` and it writes a timestamped markdown file to `.agents/learnings/` with auto-classification, confidence level, and bead provenance if you're mid-session. The workflow is intentionally light because these are provisional learnings, not vetted patterns. They sit at position 7 in the operating loop, feeding the knowledge flywheel without ceremony. If you need comprehensive retrospectives with backlog processing and activation, that's what `/post-mortem` is for. This is the bottom rung of the promotion ratchet, capturing things too useful to forget but too small to architect around immediately.
