Opencode Memory

Gives Claude read-only access to your local OpenCode history: sessions, conversations, plans, and prompt logs stored in SQLite and plain files on your machine. It auto-triggers when you reference past work or resume a project, and you can explicitly ask it to search prior conversations or check what you did last time. All queries run through sqlite3 in bash with ready-made snippets for common lookups. Useful for maintaining context across sessions without re-explaining yourself, though it won't help with brand new tasks. This is strictly local OpenCode data, not ChatGPT or Claude cloud history.
