You describe what you want built (dark mode, tests, refactoring, whatever), it explores your codebase to understand the setup, then drafts prompts that fresh Claude sessions can execute independently while you're AFK. The judge criteria need to be verifiable in the actual codebase since the judge has full tool access but doesn't see conversation output. It stays in plan mode and won't do the work itself, just architects the loop. Worth using when you have repetitive work that needs multiple passes or want something running overnight without babysitting.
