This is the code review equivalent of calling in an airstrike on your own position. It enforces hard rules like no file should cross 1000 lines in a PR, no spaghetti conditionals bolted onto existing flows, and no "it works" implementations that leave the codebase messier. The real focus is ambitious structural simplification: finding the "code judo" move that makes whole branches, helpers, or layers disappear entirely rather than just shuffling complexity around. Use this when you want someone to rethink the implementation from scratch, not polish what's already there. Fair warning, it will push back hard on working code if a cleaner structure exists.
