Game Changing Features

This is strategic product thinking as a workflow. You tell it what you're working on, and it pushes you through a structured brainstorm to find the features that would actually 10x your product's value, not just add another checkbox. It forces you to think across three scales (massive bets, medium leverage, small gems) and evaluate each with scoring criteria like impact, reach, and defensibility. Everything gets written to markdown docs, nothing outputs to chat. The prompts are good: "What would make a user tell their friend about this?" and "What's slightly annoying that users do every day?" It's opinionated about avoiding incremental thinking and going straight for game-changing moves. Useful when you're stuck in feature-request mode and need to zoom out.
