Dbs Update

This is a purpose-built updater for dbskill that runs when users say "update dbskill" or "/dbs-update". It pulls the latest official skills from dontbesilent2025/dbskill using a single npx command, keeps your local saves and reports intact in ~/.dbs/, and explicitly avoids touching any other skills you've installed. The whole thing is designed to skip confirmation prompts since the user already asked for the update. It's narrow by design: only syncs the official repo, no background tasks, no cron jobs. If you're maintaining dbskill across sessions or want users to easily stay current without accidentally upgrading their entire skill collection, this does exactly that and nothing more.
