An onboarding companion for ZenTao project management that walks you through products, requirements, plans, tasks, bugs, and test cases by actually using them in your own instance. Instead of tutorial voice, it acts like a coworker showing you around, tailoring the tour to your role (product manager, developer, tester, project manager, or executive). Built around zentao-cli commands with conversational confirmation before each write operation. The design doc is unusually specific about tone: no numbered steps, no "task 1/2/3" language, natural transitions between sections, and contextual encouragement that names what you did right instead of generic praise. Best when someone asks for a tour or hits ZenTao for the first time.
