A comprehensive release automation tool that handles version bumping, changelog generation, and git commits across Node.js, Python, Rust, and Claude Plugin projects. It auto-detects your project type, analyzes commits since the last tag using conventional commit standards, and generates changelogs in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and more) with proper section titles for each. The workflow intelligently suggests version bumps based on breaking changes and feature commits, attributes third-party contributions, and groups changes by skill or module for cleaner commit history. Supports dry runs and manual version flags. This is basically the release process you'd script yourself after doing it manually a dozen times, now packaged as a reusable skill.
