This handles the middle layer of Salesforce Data Cloud work: mapping your raw data lake objects into Data Model Objects, wiring up identity resolution rulesets, building unified profiles, and defining data graphs. It knows when to reach for dmo commands versus identity-resolution versus data-graph tools, and it enforces a readiness check before mutating harmonization assets. The skill owns everything between ingestion (data360-prepare) and segmentation (data360-segment), so if you're stitching customer records together or defining how fields map to canonical schemas, this is your zone. One thing to note: it explicitly won't help with STDM session tracing, which lives in agentforce-observe instead.
