This is a forensics tool for Agentforce sessions that pulls audit data from Salesforce Data Cloud and reconstructs the full conversation timeline. You give it a session UUID or MessagingSession ID (or search criteria like timeframe, agent name, or conversation snippets), point it at your org, and it fetches, assembles, and renders everything that happened in that session. Takes 10-30 seconds for a typical 15-turn conversation. The big caveat: it only sees what Data Cloud has already materialized, so it won't help with live sessions or real-time debugging. Best for post-mortem analysis when you need to understand exactly what went wrong (or right) in a customer interaction.
