Creates recurring "Focus Time" blocks on your Google Calendar to protect deep work hours from meeting creep. Sets up weekday morning blocks (9-11 AM by default) that show as busy time, so other meetings can't be scheduled over them. Uses the Google Workspace CLI to insert recurring calendar events with proper opacity settings. Simple two-step process: create the recurring block, then verify it appears correctly in your agenda. Particularly helpful if you're constantly getting pulled into ad-hoc meetings and losing chunks of productive coding time. The recurrence rule targets Monday through Friday, but you can adjust the time slots and days to match your actual peak focus periods.
