Brainstorm Feature

This turns half-baked product ideas into structured business requirement briefs before anyone writes a PRD or starts engineering work. It acts as a business analyst doing intake, asking you to nail down the problem statement, success metrics, stakeholders, and at least three options with tradeoffs. The output is a BRD-lite document with SMART metrics, AS-IS versus TO-BE states, and explicit handoff criteria so product managers aren't left guessing what you actually meant. It's opinionated about keeping solutions out of the business case and routing functional specs to the next workflow. Useful when you need to pitch something internally and want to look like you've thought it through, or when your org requires this kind of artifact before prioritization.
