This is a routing layer that figures out which SDLC workflow should run next by scanning your BRD, PRD, and SRS docs plus repo state. It enforces a proper BA to PM to IT handoff, meaning it won't let you jump straight to implementation if your requirements traceability is broken or acceptance criteria are missing. The multi-select logic is smart: when it finds three modified BRDs it makes you pick one or decide whether to consolidate them. Honestly most useful in offshore delivery scenarios where you need explicit handoff owners and can't rely on everyone being in the same room. It assumes you're already organized enough to have docs in the expected paths and care about requirement IDs linking back through the chain.
