Summary
This is a routing layer that helps AI coding assistants pick the right UI skill without loading everything at once. Before touching UI code, it uses a CLI to inspect categories, then loads only the most specific skill needed for the job. The protocol is strict: prefer one skill, use two only when necessary, never more than three. It's designed to keep context lean when you're working in Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools. The selection logic is smart, routing by topic first, then stack, then specificity, and it'll ask a clarifying question if your goal is vague.
