This is a routing index that points you to the right Eve SE skill for whatever you're trying to do. Load it first when working with Eve, and it'll tell you whether you need eve-bootstrap for onboarding, eve-deploy-debugging for staging issues, eve-manifest-authoring for config work, or one of a dozen other specialized skills. It's purely navigational, covering app developer workflows like local Docker Compose loops, pipelines, and auth setup, but explicitly not platform operations or running Eve itself.
