This handles the annoying problem of Claude losing track of what you were doing after a session gets compacted or when you drop back into a thread with "continue" or "where were we?" It automatically pulls the last 50 to 100 messages from your Discord, Slack, Telegram, or Signal channel, checks local session logs and memory files, then reconstructs what project you're on, what branch, what PRs, and what actions were left incomplete. The adaptive depth logic is smart: it keeps expanding the message window until it captures at least two hours of context. It writes a recovery note to your daily memory file so future compactions don't lose the same ground. Proactive trigger detection means it kicks in automatically when it spots compaction indicators, so you don't have to ask.
