You can resolve all open threads at once or target a specific one by ID. The skill integrates with the broader diffity ecosystem, which gives you a full code review workflow inside Claude: diff viewing, commenting, and now automated resolution. It's a time saver if you're iterating on feedback, though you'll want to verify the changes since it's doing the actual code edits for you. Works best when review comments are specific about what needs to change.
