If you're shipping a service in Korea, you need a privacy policy and terms that comply with PIPA, the Fair Trade Commission's standard e-commerce terms, and the 2026 amendments. This skill interviews you about what data you collect, who you share it with, and whether you do profiling or serve minors, then generates Korean (and optionally English) MDX files, Next.js pages, a cookie banner, and a signup consent modal. It's built around the April 2025 guidelines and checks for all eleven mandatory disclosure items. The output is ready to drop into Next 13-16 projects, though you'll still want a lawyer to review before launch since failing to publish a compliant policy carries a 50 million won fine.
