Daily Brief

This is operational knowledge for a locally-scheduled HTML digest that pulls from RSS feeds and APIs, enriches headlines with LLM-generated Chinese summaries, and drops a dated report file every morning. It covers the npm command surface (daily run, dry-run, per-section regen), cross-platform scheduler setup, and a diagnostic flowchart that starts with log tails and ends at per-source fetcher code. Load it when you're debugging why a source returned zero items, why the LLM quota ran dry, or why the Chrome auto-open didn't fire. The skill assumes you're either in the project root or can read a config file to cd there first. Built for someone who runs this pipeline daily and needs to fix it without re-reading the entire codebase.
