Bkn Creator

This is an orchestration layer for managing BKN (Business Knowledge Network) lifecycles in Chinese development environments. It routes nine different intent types, from creating and extracting object relationships from PRDs to validating network integrity and generating skill drafts. The routing table is solid: you say "创建知识网络" and it loads the create pipeline, "巡检反馈" triggers feedback review. It wraps KWeaver CLI operations internally and enforces a two-step protocol where you confirm the route before execution. Useful if you're building knowledge graphs from requirements documents and need structured workflows with gate checks. The fact that it explicitly excludes pure semantic queries and delegates to data-semantic shows thoughtful scope boundaries.
