Summary
Synchronizes marketplace installations and MCP server configurations between Claude Code and Codex CLI without picking one as the source of truth. It verifies both agents see the right plugins (agile-workflow by default, others on request), merges MCP server settings bidirectionally, and aligns Codex execution policies. The dry-run mode shows you what would change before touching anything. Use this when you're setting up the repository for the first time or when your Claude and Codex environments have drifted and you need them seeing the same tooling. It won't silently delete your custom config and backs up before making changes.
