This is a planning coordinator that breaks down project scope into 3-7 epics using a "decompose first" pattern. It reads your requirements, scans your docs and frontend code to understand domains, then either creates new epics from scratch or replans existing ones when scope changes. The workflow is methodical: discovery, research, build ideal plan, detect mode (create vs replan), preview, execute. It reserves Epic 0 for infrastructure and integrates with your task tracker. Worth noting that it stays read-only until you approve the preview, and it can pull from hypotheses and goal tracking if your project has that setup.
