Turns procedural documentation into executable slash commands without touching your source docs. You point it at a runbook section or let it scan your docs folder, and it generates imperative command files in .claude/commands/ using a strict template. The transformation is specific: declarative prose becomes ordered steps, implicit checks become explicit validations, and risky procedures get the full SOP treatment with evidence requirements and exception paths. It won't overwrite existing commands and always includes source provenance. Useful when you have good docs but want them as invocable workflows, or when you're tired of copy-pasting deployment steps from your README.
