This connects Claude to BambooHR's HRIS platform so you can query employee data, manage time off requests, pull custom reports, and handle applicant tracking without leaving your workflow. It's built on Membrane's CLI, which handles OAuth and credential refresh automatically. The skill covers the obvious stuff like employee directories and PTO balances, but also lets you hit less common endpoints like training records, dependents, and compensation history. If you're building internal tools or automating HR workflows for small to mid-sized companies, this saves you from writing yet another BambooHR integration. When the predefined actions don't cut it, you can proxy requests directly to their API.
